These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and AI Explorations LLC(“AI Explorations”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of our websites, courses, digital products, subscription tools, and coaching/consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).

Accounts & Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts to use the Services.
  • No misuse: do not reverse engineer, spam, abuse, or use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Keep account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Digital products, subscriptions, and services are offered under AI Explorations LLC and related brands.
  • Pricing, renewal frequency, and any free trials are displayed at checkout on the relevant product site or app.
  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize charges via your selected payment method.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund and cancellation terms are defined per product and shown at checkout or in-product before purchase.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; access normally continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise for that product.
  • If a product includes a trial or money-back window, the duration and conditions are listed with the offer.
  • To request a refund or dispute a charge, email [email protected] with your order details; we apply the posted terms and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our content, software, and materials. Limited, non-transferable licenses are granted for your personal or business use as specified at purchase. Do not redistribute, resell, or impersonate our content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying results before use.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described there, including payment processing via Stripe and analytics.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
